Cambron features custom and semicustom homes and large rolling homesites.  The smallest lots feature 13,000 square feet, a generous property size.  These large lots are also reasonably priced.  Lot prices range from $48,500-$62,500.

Buyers have three options.  Choose a lot and bring a plan and builder; Choose from plan and lot packages; or buy a home that is prebuilt or under construction.  The minimum square footage for lots 1-53 is 2200 and it is 2400 for lots 54-104.  Homes offer 1800-3100 square feet.  Prices for 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes range from approximately $290,000 to $450,000.  

Cambron Amenities

Cambron is a development by the Nichols family consisting of three phases.  Phase 1 and Phase 2 are in process.  When completed, the subdivision will feature 104 lots.  The Property Owners Association is responsible for maintaining all common areas including wetlands and detention areas.  Utilities are underground.

Baldwin County Schools serve students in the area at Rockwell and Spanish Fort elementary school, Spanish Fort Middle School, and Spanish Fort High School.

Cambron subdivision is located east of Highway 181 off Highway 31 in Spanish Fort.  From Interstate 10, take exit 35 or 38.
